Unblock your Chakras

You must have often heard that your chakra is blocked, and it needs to be opened, but you don’t understand exactly how to do that. A blocked chakra can affect your physical as well as emotional health. Each chakra is an energy-dense center located between the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Let’s discuss how to unblock all seven chakras.

  • Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra)
This chakra works on building a strong foundation. The best asanas that you can do to open this chakra and build a stable foundation are balancing poses like the Tree Pose, Natrajasana, Veerbhadrasana 3, and Garudasana. Balancing poses strengthen your lungs and core. Additionally, staying in a challenging balancing pose for a longer duration builds patience, perseverance and will power. hello
